  1. Promoter

The promoter is Teto Wines ("Promoter").

  1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, immediate family members and associates of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  1. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on 20 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 17 July 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must:

  • Subscribe to the Teto Wines mailing list during the promotional period; and

  • Provide a valid email address.

Each subscriber will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

  1. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a mixed six-pack of Teto Wines valued at $260 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

  1. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw on 18 July 2026.

The draw will take place at Mudgee, NSW.

  1. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

  1. Delivery

The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

The winner must be 18 years or older and may be required to provide proof of age upon delivery.

  1. Privacy

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to their details being added to the Teto Wines mailing list.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and will only be used for marketing communications, administration of the promotion and related business purposes.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

  1. General

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
