Shipping costs.
We use a combination of Australia Post and our own Teto Wines vehicles.
Free shipping is available for all orders in Mudgee. A $15 flat-rate shipping fee is applied for all other Australia-wide orders.
Tracking numbers are provided by email when dispatched by Teto Wines. Timing for delivery is dependent upon your location.
Order processing times.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email following the checkout process. Orders will be processed the same business day they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 (AEST) will be fulfilled the following business day.
Order Shipment
Once we have despatched your order you will receive a confirmation email containing a link and tracking number for your package.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not already been packed. We will do our best to accomodate any changes or cancellations before shipping. To modify your order please email hello@tetowines.com.au with your order number.
Deliveries.
All wine deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
Proof of age ID checks at the door will be required if a recipient looks under 25.
Deliveries will be refused if the receiver is unable or unwilling to satisfactorily prove their age. Redelivery will incur a secondary delivery charge.
Returns & Refund Policy.
As we use minimal intervention when making our wines they can be very sensitive to heat and perishable if not taken care of. It is for this reason we do not offer change of mind refunds.
For orders where a mistake has been made, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order.
In the instance where we suspect extreme heat we will avoid shipping your order and contact you directly.
Damaged Parcels
In the unfortunate event that your item has arrived damaged please email hello@tetowines.com.au with a picture of all damaged items and/or packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
If the package is confirmed as damaged we will send out a replacement. Any out-of-stock items that are damaged can be refunded or replaced.
Non-delivery postcodes
Delivery is not available to any postcodes within the Northern Territory.
In line with our commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) there are several postcodes in Australia to which we do not deliver under any circumstances.

International Shipping.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
